Diamond and CBN wheels are the main products of superhard abrasives, with the types of straight, cup, dish and others etc. Diamond abrasives products are used for grinding hard alloy cutting & measuring tools, HSS mould and brittle non-metals such as optical glasses, ceramics and gems etc. CBN abrasives products are used for grinding alloy steel, bearing steel etc. The method of grinding includes surface, cylindrical, plunge-cut and profile grinding.
■ Surface Grinding Wheel
Applications: Applied to the surface grinding of magnetic materials.
Characteristics: High surface finish, sharp, long working life, good consistency.
■ Centerless Grinding Wheels
Applications: Mainly used for grinding tungsten carbide, ceramics, magnetic material, stainless steel bar, PCD and PCBN compositives.
Characteristics:
● Efficient batch external grinding.
● High roundness and cylindricity of workpiece and good consistency of dimension.
● Good surface finish after fine grinding.
● Suitable for rough grinding, semi-fine grinding and fine grinding.
■ Roll Grinding Wheels
Applications: Widely used in the grinding of tungsten carbide thermal spraying rolls, chromium oxide thermal spraying rolls, high-speed steel rolls, cemented carbide rolls, and stainless steel rolling rolls.
Characteristics: Sharp, long working life, large amount of single feed, large margin grinding, high processing efficiency for accident rolls with large machining margins, cracked rolls and such. No scratches, vibration lines on the surface of the processed workpiece.
■ Electroplated bond CBN Grinding Wheels for Camshaft and Crankshaft
Applied Materials:
Cast iron: Chilled cast iron, nodular cast iron, grey cast iron, alloy cast ir on ,etc.
Steel: 20Cr, GCr15, CF53, 45# steel, 55# steel, 80B high carbon steel.
Application: Rough grinding the Camshaft and Crankshaft camshaft of motor.
Characteristics: Deep-feeding, form grinding to replace turning with high efficiency.
